2022 Rate Increase Notice

Dear Customers,
While we have done our best to maintain our current rates and have not implemented a rate increase since 2019; Unfortunately, due to the drastic increase cost of doing business these last few years, we must move forward with a rate increase. Please see below for a breakdown of the rates that will go into effect with your August billing (due September 20th, 2022). Please note this rate increase was presented, passed, and approved by the Board of Directors on June 29, 2022.
